Up to 70% of the energy utilised by an LED is converted into heat rather than light. This makes it vital that the LED junction temperate and the surrounding components operate within manufacturer recommended limits, minimising running costs and maximising product longevity.

The majority of our applications are custom designs and we have provided solutions for the following:

 At present, the main problem to be considered in high-power Auto LED lights packaging is how to improve the heat dissipation caused by increasing chip power.At present, there are two methods commonly used to improve LED heat dissipation, which are as follows: 1. Accelerate internal heat dissipation, improve LED heat dissipation structure, and effectively reduce chip temperature; 2.The latest LED heat control technology is the use of integrated heat sink for heat dissipation, water cooling, cooked pipe technology, air cooling, micro pipe heat dissipation, is currently more commonly used heat dissipation technology.
