Project Background
A leading manufacturer of industrial control equipment faced risks of frequency reduction and system crash, as the core temperature of its new high-power CPU module neared the limit during long-term full-load operation. The client required a customized liquid cooling solution with three key demands. Firstly, it needed efficient heat dissipation to keep core temperature within specification and support 7×24-hour continuous operation. Secondly, the structure had to be fully compatible with the existing mounting holes and internal space without any equipment modification. Thirdly, it must deliver long-term stability, adapt to industrial pure water circulation, feature excellent corrosion resistance and prevent liquid leakage.
Customized Solution
Based on on-site working conditions and technical requirements, we developed a high-precision all-aluminum liquid cold plate. The product is integrally milled from a solid aluminum ingot via CNC machining. Its internal flow channel is optimized through fluid dynamics simulation to ensure even water flow without dead zones, greatly improving heat exchange efficiency. Mounting holes and positioning structures are precisely designed according to client drawings for zero-tolerance fitting and direct installation. The whole plate adopts environmental passivation treatment to form a dense protective film on the aluminum surface, enhancing corrosion resistance and adapting to long-term circulating liquid cooling conditions.
