This customized stainless steel vapor chamber (VC heat spreader) is tailor-made for new energy vehicle power batteries, energy storage ESS modules and large lithium battery packs.
Different from conventional copper vapor chambers with simple mesh wicks, our VC adopts precision micro-pillar sintered wick structure shown in the picture, delivering ultra-uniform two-dimensional heat spreading performance.
We support full-shape OEM/ODM customization including irregular outline, reserved mounting bosses and fluid channel layout, perfectly matching the compact structural design of 800V high-voltage battery systems.
