We can manage your thermal needs from the conceptual design stage, through prototypes and into production.
Quality Assurance
We understand the importance of heat sink quality, so from incoming material to finished parts, we have very strict quality procedure.
• For incoming material, we request supplier to send the related documents and dimension report, our IQC will do the second inspection inhouse. Any non-conform material will returned to vendor.
• For every production, we will perform FAI to ensure the heat sink first article dimension is within specification, we will have IPQC to do the inspection every 2 hours.
• Before the parts are shipped, our OQC will do the final sampling inspection to guarantee our customer get the good quality heat sink.
If any non-confirm part is found at customer’s side, we will send replacement without any excuse, or credit note, depends on customer.
